Sometimes, the best way to start a new year is by stepping outside the office and sharing experiences that remind us how powerful team-bonding can be. The Soft & Solution Group team started 2022 with a memorable trip to Kolašin, one of the most beautiful mountain destinations in the region.
The white snow, fresh air, and peaceful nature created the perfect setting to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun, and why not, a bit of friendly competition on the ski slopes. For some of us, it was a new challenge, for others, a long-time passion. But for all of us, it became a beautiful memory that will stay with us for a long time.
This wasn’t just a winter getaway. It was a meaningful reminder that the bonds between us grow stronger through shared experiences, especially those outside the usual work routine.

In the end, it didn’t matter who skied best or who fell the most, what mattered was the sincere laughter, the sense of belonging, and the motivation we brought back with us.
