Role Overview:

The Software Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the on-time delivery of software projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals. This role acts as a bridge between project management and upper management, with a strong focus on planning, tracking progress, and identifying blockers that may affect delivery timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate software delivery activities in collaboration with managerial teams
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure that deliverables align with requirements and quality standards
• Assist in identifying and resolving the obstacles that impact delivery
• Prepare regular reports on project status and delivery progress for upper management
• Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth and organized development cycle
• Ensure all project documentation and operational processes are up-to-date and clearly defined

 

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in software project coordination or similar roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management and task tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
