Soft & Solution Group seeks to hire a Receptionist/ Help Desk
Receptionist/ Help Desk:
- Assists in day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation, to ensure smooth operational functioning.
- Responsible for returning emails and phone calls, ensuring delegation of information to responsible persons.
- Updates databases and ensures data integrity to support informed decision making and efficient workflows.
- Collaborates with team members to execute operational processes.
- Maintains inventory for office supplies and orders new supplies as needed.
- Welcoming, orienting and assisting clients for relevant meetings.
- Manages situations with professionalism and empathy to ensure smooth communication between parties.
- Performs data entry and basic data analysis tasks, maintains spreadsheets and generates reports to support operational decision making.
- Management skills for email communications and phone calls for the smooth running of financial systems with relevant clients.
- Sign contracts and relevant documents with a wide list of clients for the financial services offered by the company.
- Works collaboratively with the team, providing valuable assistance and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements for the Receptionist/ Help Desk:
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction between parties.
- Knowledge of using standard office programs (eg, MS Office suite) and knowledge of financial systems is an advantage.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to maintain inventory and office control for operational procedures such as: management of stationery and ongoing orders.
