Position Description:

Soft & Solution is seeking a Specialist in Office Coordination and Standards to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial to ensuring that the company’s activities and projects align with its standards and objectives. The role requires an individual capable of managing and coordinating teams, preparing and analyzing reports, and overseeing internal work standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and team performance.
– Coordination: Monitor and coordinate non-technical work activities of teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and standards.
– Maintaining Established Standards: Ensure adherence to and communication of company standards among all team members using internal mechanisms and effective communication.
– Resource Management: Manage time and resources necessary for a significant number of employees, enhancing their efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related fields relevant to project management and coordination.
– Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in similar roles, with preference for experience in project management or team coordination.
– Analytical Skills: Experience in preparing and analyzing reports using Excel and other


reporting tools.
– Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and management.
– Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong abilities in time management and task organization to achieve set goals.

Preferred Skills:

– Advanced knowledge in the use of tools for project management.
– Experience in dynamic work environments and ability to work independently.
– Certifications related to project management are an advantage.
