Soft & Solution is looking to expand its staff with a Business Analyst, collaborative, willing to acquire new knowledge.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Assessing business processes, forecasting requirements, discovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading continuous reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Conducting requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating results to managers.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and preparing reports.
  • Providing leadership, training and guidance to new staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Providing solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
  • Project management, development of project plans and performance monitoring.
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring results and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Minimum qualifications

  • To have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar field.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
