Responsibilities:

• Designs personality tests for the purpose of professional orientation of young people according to age groups;
• Creates dedicated plans for each of them;
• Identifies the strengths and professional skills that applicants possess;
• Identifies opportunities for efficiency in the work process and innovative approaches for successful completion of work;
• Compiles periodic reports;

Minimum qualifications:

• To have completed higher education, in Psychology;
• Have very good knowledge of the English language;
• Have very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages;
• Be communicative, methodical and organized;
• Honesty and integrity;
• Very reliable, ethical and discreet;
• Good organizational and teamwork skills;
