Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: The Tech Lead is responsible for managing the team of developers. This includes nurturing them, building a positive and motivating work environment, and training them to develop their skills and knowledge.
2. Technical Lead: The Tech Lead should assist in the technical direction of projects. This includes establishing the project architecture, choosing the technologies used and ensuring that the technical solutions are stable and perform well.
3. Assist in planning and estimating: The Tech Lead collaborates with project managers and the team to plan projects and ensure that time and resource estimates are accurate.
